Riccardo joined the industry dreaming to explore. And after his beginnings as Crew Member, he soon switched to Hotels, and discovered his passion for Revenue.

Daily work follows Paretto’s law: get 80% of results with 20% of tasks Compare results vs LY, comp set, rate loading, marketing, promotions,… Studying group displacement. And analyzing reports: it’s all about them, excel continues being important.
Many people have the perception to be safer in a holiday/vacation/remote environment. That, together with the pent up demand, will help the leisure segment recover faster.
If hotels do not invest in technology, they miss opportunities. And in that those cases, missed opportunities=missed revenue
Individuals need to be proactive, getting themselves trained and staying up to date. Also very important to invest on talent development
If anyone wants to join a revenue team, needs: curiosity, desire to understand. And think “What can I do to make an impact?”
